Sean Hannity is a nationally syndicated radio talk show host broadcasting from flagship station WABC in New York City. Hannity's radio program is a conservative political talk show focusing on current issues and politicians. He has drawn praise from conservative politicians and the ire of liberal groups.
Hannity hosted his first talk radio show in 1989 at the volunteer college station at UC Santa Barbara KCSB. After leaving KCSB, Hannity placed an ad in radio publications presenting himself as "the most talked about college radio host in America". He was hired to be the afternoon talk show host for a Huntsville station. He then moved to Atlanta to fill in the slot vacated by Neal Boortz.
He moved to New York in 1996, working various time slots. He has been on WABC's afternoon time slot since January 1998.
